Registered Accessibility Specialist
Welcome! I am a Registered Accessibility Specialist, licensed by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR). I offer Plan Review and Inspections for buildings and facilities designed for individuals with disabilities, ensuring compliance with the Texas Architectural Barriers Act (TABA) and the Texas Accessibility Standards (TAS). I am also a proud member of the Accessibility Professionals Association.
About Me
I have been a professional Engineering Consultant since 1998. During this time, I have collaborated with Fresno Systems Services to develop Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing plans, as well as conduct Windstorm Calculations and Inspections for the Texas Department of Insurance.
Services
Project Filing
Before starting a project, you would need to be assigned a project number by TDLR.
Plan Review
I would need a copy of the project plans in order to do the plan review. With those plans, I will be able to make sure you have everything covered on what you need to pass the final inspection.
Site Inspection
Before the 1 year anniversary of the building a complete inspection will need to be done. You as the owner will need to contact me the RAS inspector to schedule the final inspection.
